With that in mind, we have acted entirely upon our Terms and Conditions in our subsequent actions in redeeming your winnings following the detected bonus abuse.
As mentioned by our colleagues and as clearly stated Section 9. Bonus rules, rule: 9.7.2. Sports bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of: - "Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.."
It is evident from your first couple of bets, that you have started off with a stake of 125 € with one of the first bets: 5ee3b00b66e81 and then substantially lowered the stakes in your following selections, such as 5ee3b1ed75c68, your bet for 105 €: 5ee870a721b91 followed by 5ee875951c322. This served as an indication to us that you have not only made a drop in your bet size larger than 75 % the previous one, but you have also drastically altered your betting pattern by continuing to play with lower stake selections.

Das Ding ist das das erste Beispiel 63% waren beim 2. Beispiel zwar 81% aber danach hab ich weiter mit hohen Wetten gemacht also natürlich nicht über 125€ da so hoch der Bonus war und man laut Bonus regeln nicht mehr als 125€ setzen darf. Ist doch klar dass nicht alle Wetten die selbe Höhe haben....

@Tiger87 Dann schreib den Support an. Die haben dir mehrere Gründen geschickt aber nichts konkretes, gegen welches Punkt der AGBs hast Du genau gestoßen. Bei solche Summen müssen sie ihr verhalten genau so gut erklären, die werden und können nicht einfach so 1500€ stornieren... Da muss unbedingt ein Grund genannt werden der nachweisbar ist. Ein Ausschnitte der AGBs kann kein Antwot sein. Mehr dazu müssen die dir die Liste der Wetten nochmal zuschicken. Das ist alles Beweismittel die Du selber besitzen darfst!
Habe das selbe problem, bei mir sind es 625€ und die selbe Begründung...
